The Educational Council Assembly was held on 13 Poush, 2080 BS (29 Dec, 2023) by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science (FOHSS). The HoD of CDLIS, Lila Nyaichyai, Ph.D. had participated in the meeting. She raised three agendas : 1. CDLIS can contribute for the digital library of FOHSS, 2. the process for blended class for MLISc. 3. the process for credit transfer mechanism from one year BLISc to MLISc. 4. Request to write the full course name as Library and Information Science, not only Library science.
In the assembly the decisions taken in the fiscal year 2079/2080 of FOHSS were passed and the future plans were also passed.
The Assembly was held under the Chair of the Dean Prof. Dr. Kusum Shakya, and the Chief guest was the Acting Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shiva Lal Bhusal.
